观众对《镖人》拍续集呼声很高，自是好事。不过不能忽略的有两点。其一，这部《镖人》有大量留白，留下的可能性拉高了观众的期待；但把空白填充起来不是易事，在大漠可用公路片的模式讲故事，但到了长安，必须面对的是，电影到底要讲什么？这些人物的命运不能再被悬置。其二，一部影片、一个系列在电影市场立住，并不意味着一个类型的复兴；如果不是袁和平，不是吴京，不是谢霆锋，会拍出怎样的质地？如果不是引入了多位流量演员，又有多少年轻人会为这样的题材走进电影院呢？
